CRES Graduate Fellowship Opportunity
CRES is offering a fully funded PhD opportunity in cooperation with the University of Missouri Economics Department for students starting in Fall 2026 with an interest in energy economics and energy policy. The position entails teaching assistant responsibilities during the first two years of the student’s course of study followed by a research assistantship with CRES for the remainder of the student’s program. The student will be invited to participate in CRES events throughout their time at the Mizzou, including opportunities to interact with senior scholars as well as policymakers, energy industry leaders, and rural stakeholder organizations.

MU launches research center focused on energy in rural communities
